TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, activities and visits made with Go Kart Station.

By making a booking, attending the venue, participating in a karting session or entering the premises as a spectator, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. CONTRACT AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION

1.1 Completion of a booking form, online booking or enquiry does not create a binding contract until payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Go Kart Station.

1.2 Confirmation of a booking by Go Kart Station creates a binding contract between the person named as the organiser, lead booker or customer and Go Kart Station, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The organiser or lead booker is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group are aware of these Terms and Conditions, including all safety rules, age restrictions, height restrictions, arrival times and payment requirements.

1.4 No variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding on Go Kart Station unless confirmed in writing by Go Kart Station management. Any relaxation or discretion shown by Go Kart Station on one occasion shall not act as a waiver of its rights under these Terms and Conditions.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

2.1 By booking or participating in any session, all drivers and spectators agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all instructions given by Go Kart Station staff.

2.2 Management reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse participation or remove any person from the premises or track where they breach safety rules, behave inappropriately, appear unfit to participate or place themselves or others at risk.

2.3 All drivers must attend the mandatory safety briefing before participating.

2.4 For insurance and safety reasons, drivers who arrive after the safety briefing has started may not be allowed to race and will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduled session.

4.5 Proof of age may be required.

4.6 Drivers must be physically fit and able to operate a kart safely.

4.7 Pregnant individuals and anyone with back, neck, heart, mobility or medical conditions that may be aggravated by karting must not participate.

5.1 For the safety of all participants, drivers must follow all instructions given by marshals and Go Kart Station staff.

5.2 Bumping, blocking, deliberate collisions, dangerous driving or reckless behaviour is strictly prohibited.

5.5 Alcohol or drug consumption before or during participation is strictly prohibited.
